Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cantika Living. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free over €99

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Per Dutch law, if your order is not delivered within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your parcel via the PostNL Tracking Portal or DHL Track & Trace.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipping)

Cantika Living is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Note for 2026: Shipments outside the EU may be subject to new EU import duties and national handling fees effective as of 2026.

 

5. Damages and Liability

As the seller, Cantika Living remains responsible for the package until it is physically received by you or a person designated by you. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@cantikaliving.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged goods so we can file a claim with the carrier.

 

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or because the package was not picked up from a service point in time, we reserve the right to charge for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

 

7. Returns

According to EU law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your goods.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
